Christine C. Bautista is a seasoned human resources and organizational development professional with three decades of diverse experience spanning healthcare, construction, hospitality, real estate, business process outsourcing, financial services, and academia. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for driving strategic people initiatives, fostering employee growth, and shaping high-performing, values-driven cultures.
As a seasoned HR Business Leader, she led the development and implementation of nationwide HR strategies designed to propel organizational success. Her leadership covered the full spectrum of human resources functions—from talent acquisition and performance management to employee engagement, compensation, and learning and development. She is known for creating a nurturing and inclusive work environment. Her ability to balance regulatory rigor with people-centered strategies contributed significantly to the organization’s ability to deliver quality patient care through a committed and high-performing workforce.
Christine is adept in training and academia. She served as Head Trainer at a leading BPO learning institute, creating and delivering foundation and specialized training programs tailored to the BPO industry. She was also a resolute part-time lecturer for over a decade at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, where she taught both undergraduate and graduate students under the Human Resource Management Program.
