Learning & Training Services
At FORMIDEA PH, we provide learning services to professionals who desire leadership training. We help institutions get back on their feet to do more business. We conduct a competency-based needs assessment to customize the development of learning interventions. We are also capable of developing career ladder programs based on the organization’s needs.
In addition, we train teams with the help of industry experts by providing them with adequate and trusted resources to empower them. Our learning programs are interactive, with practical application and sharing of experiences during the workshop proper. We also provide post-workshop assessment to guide clients on moving-forward action plans to ensure holistic development.
Our resources come in four learning tracks: 1) Leadership, 2) Professional, 3) Organization, and 4) Technical. With our resources, we aim to help teams to reach their fullest potential.
- Leadership Track – The Leadership track aims to develop organizational leadership talent. Some courses under the Leadership track include Coaching and Mentoring, Leading Strategic Growth, Beyond SMART Goals, Optimizing People’s Network Contribution, Influential Conversation, Driving a High Performing Organization, Moving Up, Leadership Style, Making Succession Plan Works, among others.
- Professional Track – The Professional track offers training for potential trainers, which can improve work performance. Topics under the Professional track include Strategic Thinking, Creative Thinking, Critical Thinking & Decision Making, Effective Presentation, Finance for Non-Finance Talents, and more.
- Organization Track – The Organization track focuses on developing skills that can positively influence the workplace. On the other hand, it applies various methods and data in a digestible format. Discussions under the Organization track include Data Protection, Diversity, Inclusion & Belongingness, Decluttering Workshops, and others.
- Technical Track – The Technical track provides ways to improve efficiency and lessen organizational waste. The discussion includes the following topics: Lean Management, Root Cause Analysis, TRIZ Methodology, Safety, Industrial Process Controls, Instrumentation, Programmable Logic Control, and other technical training.
