HR CALABARZON Group, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization established on March 4, 2020, by Nedy R. Estrella, CHRP, CPHR, CCBP. Inspired by the Philippine HR Group, the organization is dedicated to informing, equipping, and uplifting human resource professionals, enthusiasts, and business owners through both virtual and face-to-face learning sessions. Headquartered in Imus City, Cavite, HR CALABARZON Group, Inc. has grown into a dynamic community of over 16,000 HR practitioners, fostering continuous learning and collaboration within the HR sector.
The organization’s mission is to provide updated information and learning opportunities that shape HR practitioners by supporting them across all facets of human resource management. This is achieved through strategic partnerships and collaborations with government entities, aiming to promote ethical, legal, and up-to-date HR business practices. HR CALABARZON Group, Inc. is committed to valuing, encouraging, and supporting HR practitioners, continually improving individual and organizational effectiveness, championing career and professional growth, and creating and enhancing strategic partnerships.
One of the organization’s flagship initiatives is the annual HR E-Knowledge Summit, which brings together top HR minds to share strategies for driving meaningful change and elevating organizational impact. The 2nd HR E-Knowledge Summit, held on November 16, 2024, at Microtel by Wyndham, Mall of Asia, Pasay City, featured key insights from well-known HR leaders and panelists focusing on harnessing people analytics for growth and championing organizational development. The event also highlighted success stories of companies recognized for their leadership and people practices. Proceeds from the summit supported outreach activities, such as the December 1, 2024, event at Luwalhati ng Maynila Home for the Aged, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to social responsibility.
