The youngest Ideation Partner of FORMIDEA PH, Kyle has participated in numerous projects involving– organization transformation; creation of business process maps to prepare business units in its thrust to automate its supply chain process; conduct of job evaluation process and design of compensation structure; cultural integration of foreign talents; strategy session among others. He also acted as Co-Facilitator to learning programs focused on team norming and leadership enrichment.
A subject matter expert in the field of total rewards, Kyle is taking the lead in managing the HR outsourcing business stream of FORMIDEA PH.
A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the De La Salle University, Kyle is an active volunteer of Bahay at Yaman ni San Martin de Porres in Bustos, Bulacan, a shelter house where he acts as tutor to resident students.
