Martin’s work in the past 3 decades explored unchartered territories in team and leadership development.
In 1995, Martin and his team in Lubid, Incorporated successfully introduced adventure-based team building and leadership development programs in the Philippines. It was unusual back then to have 2 full days dedicated for team development and to expose corporate staff and executives to the risk and unpredictable elements of the outdoors. However, Martin’s design and facilitation skills made it possible for participants to breakaway from their perceived limitations in a safe environment. The results were amazing, multi-national and local companies invested and subscribed to the effectiveness of the new approach.
Martin is known for his expertise in ‘gamifying’ different concepts and frameworks in his sessions. Martin believes in the uniqueness of every client, thus he continues to deliver extraordinary programs that are specifically designed to suit the needs of an organization.
Martin is a true outdoorsman and a learner. The past 2 years was an opportunity to grow his knowledge and skills by enrolling in multicultural/stakeholder classes and by participating in global forums tackling real world issues on sustainability. His deep awareness on the global crisis combined with his “presencing” facilitation skills led him to design highly engaging online programs that are as powerful as the inperson
workshops.
